Position Title: Decorator

Franchise Organization: Dough Ray Me

Reports To: Restaurant Manager

A Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member Decorator is generally responsible for preparing baked goods according to Dunkin’ Brands operational standards, providing guests with delicious baked goods and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Responsibilities Include:

• Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems

• Follow food safety standards

• Prepare Donuts and Baked Goods

• Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and products and be able to answer guest questions

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

• Clean equipment and baking area

• Stocking items such as sugar, sprinkles, Icing and donuts

• Decorating and displaying finished products.

• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

• Standing on feet

• Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching

Requirements

  • Must be able to work 3rd shift hours and Weekends.

  • Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred

  • Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments

  • Meet safety and sanitation standards

  • Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations

  • Works well in a team environment

  • Must be at least 18 years old
