MOVIN’
As District Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations for a group of restaurants. You will also develop and implement strategies to assist your region in meeting its goals and supporting overall business objectives. Additional key areas of responsibility include:
· Guide overall business strategy into day-to-day execution, providing coaching and feedback to Restaurant Managers.
· Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise.
· Ensure restaurants are properly staffed and trained.

WINNIN’
· You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience. Prior multi-unit experience required.
· You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
· You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

In 1950, Bill Rosenberg opened the first Dunkin' Donuts shop in Quincy, Massachusetts. Dunkin' Donuts licensed the first of many franchises in 1955. It is now the world's leading baked goods and coffee chain, serving more than 3 million customers per day. Dunkin' Donuts sells 52 varieties of donuts and more than a dozen coffee beverages as well as an array of bagels, breakfast sandwiches and other baked goods.
