Jimmy John's Restaurant Shift Manager - Hiring Immediately! in Springfield, Missouri
Jimmy Johns is looking for some motivated, positive, and hard-working leaders to join our team! We are in search for some Shift Leaders that are eager to learn about the company and help make each day a rocking day with all the staff. Training will be about a month long process and you will get paid during that time. We do have online training as well that is free and really helps you learn more about the company and our brand standards. Shifts we are currently hiring for our evenings. The Shift Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shift and meeting Jimmy John's standards. A successful candidate will have a positive attitude and good communication skills.
Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and task for the shift and day, as well as provide quality food in a friendly manner.
Friendly attitude, great customer service skills
Strong verbal, reading and, strong math skills
Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment while insuring that all proper food safety precautions are satisfied
Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude while delegating tasks and giving instructions
Work effectively and safely in a changing environment
Works with management and fellow employees
Capable of making quick and appropriate decisions
Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems
