Job Description:

The Field Learning Manager at Cafua Management Company plays a crucial role in driving training initiatives and fostering continuous development within our organization. As a champion of learning, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Your dedication to ongoing development will contribute to the growth and success of our team members.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and delivering engaging training programs on Dunkin' restaurants systems, restaurant operations, system tools, and new product roll-outs, ensuring seamless execution in collaboration with field teams

  • Identifying and leveraging opportunities to enhance the growth potential of current employees, working closely with the Operations Team.

  • Proactively anticipating training and development needs, and strategizing and implementing effective plans to meet those needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the restaurant industry, particularly within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) sector, is essential.

  • An Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

  • Proficiency in English is required.

  • Ability to travel within the assigned market area.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with a passion for engaging learners.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong planning and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in computer navigation.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year + Car Allowance + Phone Allowance + Bonus
