Section 1: Job Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service
Manage and motivate a team of talented individuals to deliver outstanding results
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Section 2: Job Requirements
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is highly desirable
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
High school degree or equivalent

Lucky for us, they chose the latter.
