Inspire Brands Supply Chain Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia
This position is responsible for assisting with sales and operations planning for key items in the Supply Chain. This position is also responsible for executing national promotions to meet strategic objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with Sales and Operations Planning activity for the Concept
Work with the supply chain brand team to develop and execute comprehensive supply plans by collaborating with cross-functional core team, procurement team, distributors, and suppliers to ensure supply and minimize obsolescence risk
Synchronize supply and demand planning with brand strategy
Communicate supply needs to supply chain constituents
Track, report, and follow-up on supply chain action plans, status, and results
Identify and resolve issues where supply plan is compromised and/or action plans are not being followed
Liaison with Brand Finance/S&OP team and appropriate stakeholders
Develop and present S&OP updates along with key topics to Brand teams
Provide linkage to brand demand planning and financial integration process
Establish priorities with procurement and distribution on base business initiatives
Support Operations
Participate in planning and coordination of supply chain activities to execute non-promotional specification changes at brand
Conceptualize and analyze complex business data
Pricing
Receiving from Procurement Updating Price Guide
Work with finance/Distribution on levelizing
Communication out to distributors
Work with Buyer/Vendor on discrepancies
Other duties as assigned by Manager
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
1 or more years of Supply Chain experience preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES
Experience in Supply Chain Management
Restaurant / Food Service experience preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong knowledge of Excel
