Inspire Brands Profitability Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

The Operations Profitability Manager is responsible for dissecting various aspects of the company's operations to identify opportunities for improving profitability. The primary focus will be on evaluating operational processes, costs related to food and labor performance, and revenue streams to optimize financial performance and drive business growth.

This position sits in our Atlanta Support Center, with the expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct detailed profitability analysis of inventory management, labor utilization, and other identified metrics to help impact and drive profitability.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to profitability and operational efficiency against defined targets and provide regular reports and insights to field operators and stakeholders.

  • Evaluate the financial impact of operational decisions and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to the Inspire Company Restaurants Leadership teams, specifically on the status and health of the labor models with future projections, and corrective actions if needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, innovation, and supply chain to identify areas for improvement and provide value sizing for solutions.

  • Participate in budgeting and planning processes, providing analysis and support to ensure alignment with financial goals.

  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.

  • Evaluate current system processes and procedures related to food and labor management to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities to drive improvement.

  • Conduct work measurement studies, analyze throughput, and conduct cycle times to improve operational efficiencies. Design solutions for improvement based on detailed data and field analysis.

  • Communicate via email, presentations, and publications.

  • Communicate and collaborate with coworkers, management, operators, and others courteously and professionally. Use decision-making and negotiation skills. Team orientation and positive attitude.

  • Understands food safety and regulatory requirements for food service execution and operations.

  • Conform to Inspire Brands Business Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program and company regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-year Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Proven experience in financial analysis and labor management, preferably in the QSR industry.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with expertise in creating assets in Excel and PowerBI (e.g., pivot tables, dashboards, advanced functions, formulas, filtering).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to compile sound business recommendations.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and effective collaborator committed to getting the job done.

  • Inquisitive nature, constantly looking for innovative solutions to challenging questions.

  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and familiarity with industry-specific metrics and benchmarks is a plus.
