Inspire Brands Payroll Senior Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia

The Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible for managing and executing the payroll processes for both domestic (US) and international employees. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with federal, state, and international regulations, and provides strategic insights to optimize payroll operations. The Senior Payroll Analyst will work closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to streamline payroll functions and improve overall efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee weekly end-to-end payroll processing for US team members via Workday, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Coordinate with international payroll providers to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing

  • Review supporting documentation/backup for weekly audit reports

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international payroll laws and regulations

  • Assists in Training (virtual and in-person) and Development of Payroll Team Members and New Hires

  • Document and maintain best practices, including SOPs for payroll processing, and implement new procedures as needed

  • Maintain a high level of customer service through timelyresolutionofescalated issues

  • Complete Retroactive payments and audit differences

  • Assist with research and resolution ofcomplex payrollrelated matters

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality for all payroll-related items

  • Support the Payroll Manager by handling escalations and internal/external audits

  • Completes ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned by payroll leadership

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred

  • FCP or CPP preferred but not required

  • 3 – 5 years ofpayroll processing experience required

  • Experience with Workday or comparable software preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong computerskills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail

  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment, under pressure, and meetcritical deadlines

  • Ability to work in a highly structured team environment

  • Ability to maintain strict adherence to outlined procedures

  • Ability to have a flexible work schedule due to work volume fluctuations
